12 week strength program built around the fundamentals power lifting movements. This program is designed to build a solid base of strength to continue to build off in the future, or to help you break through a plateau by progressively overloading the training. The program is broken up into 4 phases lasting 3 weeks each. There are 4 sessions a week and each session should take around 45 min-1hr to complete. Build strength to serve and protect your people.
